Specialized Psychotherapy:
Individual Care, for Couples and Families

Family in Airport_edited.jpg

You may be living between two worlds , trying to adapt to a new reality while parts of you still belong elsewhere. Some experiences only make sense in your native language, while others now exist in English . You are from here and there, but at the same time you may feel like you don't completely belong anywhere. Sometimes, explaining who you are becomes exhausting , as if you have to translate not just words, but experiences, values, and emotions.

Living between cultures , facing trauma, or dealing with anxiety requires support that goes beyond the traditional doctor's office. Our team offers a space where your identity is understood with cultural sensitivity, without you needing to explain the basics of your history.

Here, your experience is welcomed as it is: complex, valid, and whole.

Therapy Focused on Multiculturalism

Multicultural therapy recognizes that your story is deeply influenced by your culture, country of origin, and migration experiences. It doesn't seek to "fit you" into a single mold, but rather to integrate all your experiences.

Our therapeutic space is designed for:

  • Understanding how your culture and heritage shape your emotions and relationships.

  • To explore the conflicts of navigating between one's culture of origin, one's current culture, and the space in between.

  • Processing experiences related to migration and intercultural contexts.

  • Working with emotions that don't always have a direct translation between languages or cultures.

  • Integrate your story without having to give up essential parts of who you are.

Who is this service for?

Our welcoming space is for anyone navigating the complexities of cultural identity:

  • Immigrants and expatriates, people at any stage of the migration process or immigration status.

  • Second Generation Immigrants, children of immigrants who grew up between two worlds and seek to understand their place and their identity.

  • Partners in Intercultural Relationships: individuals who interact with someone from another culture and wish to mediate conflicts, align values, and strengthen the connection.

  • Those who feel they don't fully fit into a single cultural or social mold.

Although we don't offer services in all languages, we guarantee a therapeutic space where your native language, your accent, and all its aspects are celebrated. You don't need to "explain" your culture here; it's already considered an essential part of your care.
